La Relatividad General, 100 años después

08/05/2015 · 08/05/2015

AMS DAYS AT CERN - The Future of Cosmic Ray Physics and Latest Results

15/04/2015 · 17/04/2015

The objective of the three-day “AMS Days at CERN” is to exchange ideas and experiences with the world’s leading theoretical and experimental physicists. This exchange will lead to a better understanding of the implications of AMS results (published and to be published) and their relevance to some of the key experiments as well as the future course of cosmic ray physics.

IberiCOS 2015 Xth Iberian Cosmology Meeting

30/03/2015 · 01/04/2015

This series of meetings is aimed at encouraging the interaction and collaboration between researchers working in Cosmology and related areas (Gravitation, Particle Physics and Astronomy) in Portugal and Spain. Researchers working in other countries are also warmly welcome. These meetings are designed to encourage the presentation of work in progress. In this same spirit the meetings will not be restricted to a single focused topic, but are open to cosmologists in the broadest sense, from theoretical particle physics to observational astrophysics. Stimulating interactions between theorists and observers is also a particular concern of the organizers.

XLIII International Meeting on Fundamental Physics

15/03/2015 · 21/03/2015

The Spanish High Energy Physics community has organized the International Meeting on Fundamental Physics (IMFP) since 1973, covering theory and experiments from Accelerator, Neutrino, Astroparticle and Cosmic Ray Physics. The 2015 edition will have a special emphasis on Astroparticle Physics and will discuss topics in Cosmic Rays, Gamma Ray Astronomy, Neutrino Physics, Dark Matter, Underground Experiments, Gravitational Waves, Cosmology and Particle Physics. Roughly speaking about a half of the meeting will consist of 2-3 hour courses that should give a good perspective on selected topics such as particle physics for the next run at LHC, Cosmology after 100 years of General Relativity, Cosmic Ray Physics that will be completed with lectures on timely issues and/or experiments.

Rencontres de Moriond 2015

14/03/2015 · 28/03/2015

The purpose of the Rencontres de Moriond is to discuss recent findings and new ideas in physics in a pleasant, relaxed and convivial atmosphere. The meeting is intended to promote fruitful collaboration between various communities and institutes by bringing together a small number of scientists in inspiring surroundings. Each year several sessions are organized concerning different domains such as Electroweak, QCD, Cosmology, Gravitation, Astroparticle or Nanophysics.

The 2015 CERN – Latin-American School of High-Energy Physics

04/03/2015 · 17/03/2015

The CERN – Latin-American School of High-Energy Physics is targeted particularly at students in experimental HEP who are in the final years of work towards their PhDs. However, it is anticipated that some post-doctoral students in experimental HEP, and some students in phenomenology, including some masters students, will also be accepted. It should be noted that some pre-knowledge of the subjects is necessary in order to be able to profit fully from the lecture courses.
